Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing envelope.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
